Li-Ion Battery Characteristics Training System
The Lithium-Ion Battery Characteristics Monitoring System is an educational and experimental tool
designed for students to study and analyze the real-time performance of lithium-ion batteries. It
allows students to observe critical battery parameters such as Voltage, Current, Power, State of
Charge (SoC), and Depth of Discharge (DoD).

This system features a Lithium-Ion 4400mAh battery, enclosed in a durable metal casing and charged a separate charging module. The system integrates high-precision current and voltage sensors, for accurate measurement. A unique feature of this system is the load section, which includes three bulbs that can be connected as loads to discharge the battery. This allows students to analyse battery behaviour under different load conditions and study discharge characteristics. An LCD display provides real-time battery data, while a USB data acquisition system enables PC connectivity for graphical analysis. The user-friendly UI software visualizes data in real-time graphs and logs battery performance, allowing students to download recorded values with timestamps for further research and study.
